Running Early
We are a small studio with limited seating. Please arrive no more than 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment so we can ensure the guest before you finishes their appointment with the professional and peaceful experience they deserve.
Our Salon Policies
Nails by Nayan is a small, by-appointment studio. These policies keep every visit calm, on time and safe for you and for the guests after you.
Cancellation Policy
Changes made less than 48 hours before your appointment are charged 50% of the service. No-shows, or cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment, are charged 100% of the service. Your booking deposit is applied to this fee.
Running Late
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened if time allows, charged in full, or rescheduled.
Bad Weather
Your safety comes first. If a typhoon, flooding or a weather warning falls on the day of your appointment and you would rather reschedule, there is no charge for the missed booking.
Sickness
If you are unwell, or have been around someone who is, please tell us as early as you can and we will move your appointment at no cost once you are better. Arriving sick without notice may mean your appointment is cancelled on the spot with the full service fee due. We reserve the right to refuse service to keep everyone healthy.
Additional Policies
All services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your set, tell us during your appointment or within 48 hours and we will gladly correct it.
Nails are jewels, not tools. Following the aftercare advice we give you keeps your set beautiful for weeks.
Regular polish manicures and pedicures are not guaranteed, but we will touch up a chip or smudge within 24 hours of your service.
Gel and extension repairs are complimentary for 5 days from your original appointment. After 5 days a repair fee applies.
Complimentary corrections do not cover changing your mind about colour, design, nail length or shape after your appointment.
Nails by Nayan is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you.
Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-refundable and expire one year from purchase. The cancellation policy also applies to gift certificate holders.
Children are welcome by appointment only. The studio is not child-proofed, and sharp tools and chemicals make it unsafe for little ones, so please arrange childcare where possible.
No smoking or vaping in the studio, and pets are not allowed apart from service animals.
